I finally found the film on youtube, so I got to see it. Totally average of course. The score was quite good, melodic and with a hint of south american flavour for the Costa Rican scenes. Not much dark material like he had in Miami Vice from time to time. Not enough score for a score release, but coupled with the songs it could have been an album. Strangely, the 1979 Jan Hammer track Nowhere To Go, from the album HAMMER, appears in the film, according to the credits. I'm not sure what part of the score that was. Also, it looks like Jan Hammer played in the film. Or maybe it was Michael Lombard?
