Andrew Getty III, of the famous Getty family, had bought Miklos Rozsa's house on Montcalm Avenue in 1996 - apparently a year after Rozsa passed away.
It's been in the news that he was found dead in the house. Interested he had bought the home from Rozsa's estate.
