I made the order from buysoundtrax on 11/28/2014. 3/4 of items were shipped on 12/21/2014. I sent an email asking about missing item to info (at) buy soundtrax (dot) com on 1/29/2015. As there was no reply, I sent another email asking about missing item to mrbsx (at) earth link (dot) net on 3/22/2015.

As I didn't get reply via e-mail, I'd like to ask this here - does BSX still offer free bonus (and usually rare!) CD this days? With this 20% discount offer I'd like to know - am I need to add another title to reach that $100 minimum, or if you don't offer bonus CD now I could stop with current CDs in my cart?

Not "super-duper-double-secret" Just their usual "20% discount on total purchase price for any order over $50.00". Intrada, Quartet did something like that last year, LLL did it not long ago... Nice deal - 6 CDs for $105 (with shipping outside USA) - not bad deal, I think.
And yes - I never had problems with BSX, so I risked again
Sounds like SAE to me. Still waiting for response to an e-mail sent 10 days ago and still waiting for my order to ship although everything should be ready by March 31st.
i was ripped off twice buy bsx, 1st time was'nt to bad i got a refund after alot of debate second time was the last time for me i spent around 150-175 dollars & only recieved half my goods also a couple of the la la cd's what i paided full price for had barcode cuts creepshow mirrors, did'nt state it in description also there was a deal on dracula buy the les baxter 1 & get bob cobert free never sent the bob cobert ended up paying 24.99 just for the les 1 without bob dissapointed & finally was never sent my free gift at the time it was gun by christopher lennertz, avoid at all costs better to pay that little extra get a professional job all sent proper intermezzio media, chris soundtrack, sae, that's all i use now & never had a problem with any of these 3 sites only if it is a pre order but that's fine.

was supposed to ship 1-2 weeks later according to e-mail confirmation. Why it should take this long since everything is supposed to be in stock at the time the order is being placed is beyond me (since it wouldn't let anyone to order anything otherwise).
Several weeks and e-mails without response later... finally the response came on May 26th: "It was a banking holiday here in the United States yesterday and yes your order will be shipping out today"
what exactly this means and why the package hasn't been shipped week, two weeks or three weeks before that "banking holiday" is beyond me. Just usual BSX bullshit!
And of course! Another WEEK later and still nothing shipped!

That's sad to read. My order (from April 21) was shipped bit later, than I expected (shipped May 18). But it's arrived quiet quickly - just in 10 days (from USA to Russia - not so bad at all!).

This really stinks. I will not buy anything from them after reading this and what other good folks on this board have gone through. This is arrogance in its worst form. I cannot imagine a company having such disdain for its customers.
Funny is that according to the tracking number provided:
Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS on May 19, 2015 and yet... the package never reached the post office.
Sure... with probably a few dozen orders placed every year there are some that might get problematic for one reason or the other... but interesting thing is that I Have never had a single problem with Intrada. Just BSX and SAE.
Just placed an order at Intrada earlier this week and the package was shipped 16 HOURS LATER (and that also includes 9 hours time difference). Now this is how the things are supposed to be done!
