I truly hate to now be one of those people using the forum to get the attention of a label, but I've left no fewer than about 5 e-mails over the course of the last 2 to 3 months, as well as tweeted. Based on conversations with other film score fans, I know you guys answer your e-mails so I'm thinking that somehow my messages aren't getting through. The online retailer I ordered from has also had no luck getting these on my behalf. Two of my otherwise fanTAStic Quartet titles have booklets with some pages that are munched: TERMS OF ENDEARMENT and THE PINK PANTHER STRIKES AGAIN. I'm thinking that somehow my messages aren't getting through. Same here : 4 mails about TERMS OF ENDEARMENT and no answer yet. Not even through this thread : http://www.filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts.cfm?threadID=108519&forumID=1&archive=0 So, will it show "In Stock" again in a near future? I suppose it's good to know I'm not the only one, not due to any schadenfreude on my part but to restore my faith in my e-mails getting through. Hopefully it's just a glitch on Quartet's end and they can see our issues here.

I understand about it possibly taking time for Quartet to notice AG's post here, since they might not hang out here a lot. And I'm pleased to hear that they are responding to him in a way that makes me feel confident about buying from them in the future.
