If one project from a particular genre, composer, series, etc... happens to come out that does not mean it opens the flood gates for other ones to come out. Like people, each project is unique Please try to appreciate the things you have. Thank you MV (and probably some other soundtrack producers out there)

Oh, damn. I was really hoping for the complete remastered 4'33" by John Cage, with the original recording, demo version, complete un-edited piece, alternates, outtakes, the original rejected version by Babatunde Olatunji, with bonus material including: a 24-page booklet with informative liner notes (or linear notes, for those who are driven crazy by it), sheet music, autograph inspired by the piece, and a bonus CD of new re-recorded interpretations of it by people like: Alan Fivehouse, Scott Lee Hart, Brian Kilkline, Mark Isham, and Kelvin Wheelbarrow. Those who are the first one hundred to order will get Brian Tyler's kitchen sink. Or: Fuck yeah, Brian Tyler's kitchen sink!" -- Brian Tyler.

Far from expecting floodgates to open, I'm merely hoping to see the very first official CD release of an original soundtrack by the great Frank Skinner before I drop dead. "Man of a Thousand Faces" Disques CinéMusique DCM 137

You can hear it as a secret bonus track when your music CD has stopped playing. I challenge anyone to see how many they have in their collection. They're all out there, like the little plastic toy you used to get in breakfast cereal packs, you just need to find them all to get the complete works.

I think we can all read between the lines here: La-La Land is now the exclusive distributor of all future John Williams expansions. I love these clues/guessing games! Hey MV, in all seriousness, I have a question for you: is there any chance Paramount might allow a re-issue of Varese's Deluxe Edition of Giacchino's Star Trek? I can certainly see La-La or another label doing such a release. This is the only expanded Star Trek film score that I missed out on...
