SHERLOCK---Steven Moffat said the Season 4 90-minute Christmas special involves Holmes and Watson investigating a crime in 19th century Victorian England, "The special is its own thing. We wouldn’t have done the story we’re doing, and the way we’re doing it, if we didn’t have this special. It’s not part of the run of three episodes. So we had this to do it — as we could hardly conceal — it’s Victorian.”

Right, they're chasing whales 'round the moons of nebir, and 'round the Antares malestrom, and 'round perdition's flames . . .

The Spoils Of Babylon was nowhere near as funny as it thought it was (for a real spoof of '80s miniseries you're better off with Fresno and Charles Grodin going uncharacteristically and hilariously over the top). And the new one probably won't bring back Jessica Alba either. (Her character was killed off in the first one, yeah, but so was Kristen Wiig's IIRC.)
