This is now available on iTunes. A fun listen, very old school in a good way. I read that Debney had to encourage Broughton to "come out of retirement" to collaborate with him on this project. I hadn't realized that Broughton had retired from TV and film scoring, but it is good to have him back.

Isnt that fantastic? The music samples sound wonderful and rip roaring!

Semi-retirement, probably. His facebook account suggests he's now busy composing concert works.
Well, he is 70, so I suppose he should be able to spend his time as he so wishes. I liked what I heard on the Amazon samples. I will be watching the miniseries as well.
Did anyone notice an imperfection, outside noise, on track 9 at the beginning ?
I can hear it in the sample without paying for it. Can anyone else? I hear it two and suspect it is a musical instrument that makes light clicking noise and makes sense in the louder piece. I can almost picture the instrument but the name escapes me

Im more worried that several tracks sound muddy. Not that sharp and clear.
