With this release, BSX Records takes the beauty of Williams’ work and strips it down to the bare essentials. They are not Williams pieces. Indeed they are not, but they are associated with his work (they're probably using Williams' arrangements) -- and they're famous -- so I guess they included them, seeing as these BSX releases are mostly aimed at a wider market. ANSWER: They are his arrangements (He did Win an Oscar for his work on FIDDLER ON THE ROOF) and both the performers liked the pieces and thought we should include them, we agreed. Same stuff over and over, what does Goldsmith have to do with this release? BSX released at least two Goldsmith albums in a similar fashion over the past year or two. Each time one was released, I was hoping for one from somebody whose music I cared for more - so I'm happy to see this release. Just a matter of personal taste, wasn't trying to stir anything up.
