WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25
AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON---official poster was released for the sequel.
TERMINATOR GENISYS---Arnold Schwarzenegger said he will return for the sequel which premieres on May 19, 2017. The last movie in the trilogy premieres on June 29, 2018.
SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN---Jessica Chastain (ZERO DARK THIRTY) has joined the cast of the untitled spinoff movie in an undisclosed role. Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt also star.
STRATTON---Henry Cavill (MAN OF STEEL) stars in this movie based on the first novel in the series about John Stratton, a former member of England's Special Boat Services, who leads a team against an international terrorist cell. Simon West (THE EXPENDABLES 2, CON AIR) is the director.
THE BASTARD EXECUTIONER---FX pilot underway from Kurt Sutter (SONS OF ANARCHY) in which a war-weary knight picks up the sword again for King Edward I. Lee Jones, Katey Sagal, Stephen Moyer and Sutter star.
RUNNER---ABC pilot underway starring Paula Patton (MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE-GHOST PROTOCOL) in which a woman discovers her husband, who had supposedly died in a plane crash, is alive and traveling with a mysterious woman who has assumed her identity. This leads to her involvement in gun running between the US and Mexican cartels.
THE SAINT---ITV modern day reboot of the Roger Moore tv series is underway.
AMERICAN HORROR STORY: HOTEL---Lady Gaga will star in Season 5 which is subtitled "Hotel".
LOST IN THE PACIFIC---Brandon Routh and Zhang Yuqi star in this 3D sci fi movie in which wealthy passengers on 2020's inaugural transoceanic flight encounter horrific monsters.
THE LEGO MOVIE SEQUEL---Rob Schrab (COMMUNITY, PARKS AND RECREATION) will direct the sequel.
X-MEN: APOCALYPSE---Ben Hardy has joined the cast in an undisclosed but "significant" role.
DUCKTALES---all-new episodes will air on Disney XD channels in 2017.
