I ordered this soundtrack from Intrada the other night. Now, the total runtime is 1:06:34 but wasn't there more music heard in the movie? How could there be only just over an hour's music in a movie running 2hrs 10min?
I don't think the listing mentions anything about a "complete" score. This is the OST - it is the album that Elfman and/or Disney wanted to put out for the movie. Maybe some day an expansion will happen (although if the score was recorded in the US, it's highly unlikely for over a decade due to reuse fees).
I don't remember listening to the score and finding it lacking. Not that there isn't unreleased music, just that it's a pretty long presentation including all the bits I remember most from the time I saw the movie.

Intrada's CDs for brand new releases generally aren't the complete works, whether they're Disney movies or not (even Red Dawn wasn't complete first time around).
Plus Cast Away and Patton are even longer and have even less music.
