A question probably asked by some fans when the TV series was done as The New Odd Couple with Demond Wilson and (goes to Wikipedia) Ron Glass. Or when Tony Randall and Jack Klugman started their run. Or even when unlike Walter Matthau, Art Carney didn't repeat his Broadway role of Felix in the movie. These two guys have been searching for hits since their Big Career Shows FRIENDS and SEINFELD ended. Well at least they had those. "I'll get a saw and cut the meat!"
