I had one time when I accidentally ordered two copies of a DVD, and even though I emailed them immediately after placing the order they said it was too late to alter the quantity and I would need to refuse delivery of the entire order so it would come back to them. Since it was only a six dollar DVD I just kept the extra copy. The only other problem I had actually involved them sending me two copies of everything in one of my orders, but only billing me once. I tend to use Deepdiscount over Amazon.com now, since I get charged sales tax on anything I order from Amazon, and if I go through ebates.com to get to Deepdiscount I get 3% cash back instead.    Posted:   Feb 13, 2015 - 10:19 AM     By:   GoblinScore   (Member) I've used DD before too with no problems I recall. The VS sale is 1 page now. I got two of my picks in, but looks like I was charged for 4 - so most likely, 2 more will land in my mailbox soon. The Apparition (liked the film well enough, and was somewhat surprised at a tad bit of melody amid the typical sound design horror business - enough so I had the album on my SAE wishlist, so I guess I liked it) and I Am Legend (dammmmmmn, JNH had a big band and chorus on this one!) were the 2 in case nobody cared ;-) - Sean    Posted:   Feb 21, 2015 - 4:22 AM     By:   Michael Bean   (Member) I just received a shipping notice for Cleopatra! Look at the money they are losing shipping them out as they come in, but it is their business. Isn't that a lot for USPS shipping ? The shipping notice I received states "Depending on the shipping method you chose, it may take 24 hours for your tracking number to return any information." Yesterday I received the final 3 CDs from my original order.
