Howard, can't think of any music for this. I just made sure the dentist had oceans of Novocain and laughing gas. I sucked on the gas for a while before the first Novocain shot. I was totally relaxed and pain free through the whole procedure. My brother makes his dentist bring the gas to the sidewalk before he even goes in. LOL. Good luck.

This gave my husband and I the greatest laugh joan! Ironically, my late father-in-law was a dentist. Sweetest man in the world!

hee Hee HEE now you have me thinking of Elsa Lanchester in Murder By Death after she sniffs...and Estelle Winwood apologizes. LOL thanks, joan, I needed that!

Oh my chops. My poor chops. Wait...WAIT..."Steaks or chops?"...that's Freddy Iacchino's line in The Trouble With Templeton, one of my FAVORITE Twilight Zone episodes. GREAT score by Jeff Alexander. Outstanding. Even has something like a Gershwinesque piano theme.

Yer a wizenheimer, stroppy!

Twisted Nerve seems appropriate. Or maybe the score from the dentistry scenes from Marathon Man? ??

Another Zell reference.
Yer next on the list, buddy...mad

Yavar, LeHah...thank you for your sympathy without the tea (not a bad little score in that one, if memory serves). I'm hoping that the little devil can be lanced and all the dentist'll do is prescribe antibiotics and send me on m'way (been googling, if you catch my drift). But I don't trust that place, they see $$$ in a root canal I'm sure even if I don't need one. And I'm already wearing a cardboard belt and don't want to spend any more bucks than I have to!

eek that's it, the plant movie!

They probably won't perform a canal thing unless it doesn't respond to antibios.

Root canals, once the anaesthesia wears off can ache for three days sometimes, but the pain diminishes and will disappear.

If you have a pleasing female dentist and a scenario like in this link ensues, then there might be fun along the way:

"The Jackal Attacks" from John Frizzell's THIR13EN GHOSTS, with its dentist drill electric guitars, seems like a perfect match.

Varese's Arcana. It's about as unsettling and violent as your root canal will be. Trust me. I had one about 13 years ago and luckily it was the only one I had!
