I loved that "November" cue as well when I watched it and have it in my "The Leftovers" playlist big grin

There's also some other great tracks they tracked from other albums/artists:

- Vladimir's Blues (from Max Richter's album "The Blue Notebooks")

- Where Is My Mind (by Maxence Cyrin)

- Nabucco: Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves (by the London Philharmonic Orchestra)
(This is from the awesome assassin episodes)

oh, thanks for that info, too.

The Leftovers has tremendous music that works amazingly well in the series. Right from the first note i was in love with the Richter score! Unfortunately i now feel compelled to buy everything buy him! So much excellent music!

You are so right! This show is what made me discover him.
I haven't listened to his non-score albums, but I bet they're great!
He scored an episode of Black Mirror called "Nosedive" and it was released on CD.
You should check this out. Amazing work!!

I am in a physical mode right now and I deperatly want The Leftovers - season 2 CD (just ordered season 1).
Does anyone know if there actually was any physical release for season 2? I can find traces of it but EVERYWHERE I look it`s just unavailable...it`s only 2 years old, did they perhaps only make 1500 copies or something?

Anyone knows or have any tips?

And I assume season 3 was never released physically since it`s so short.

Such amazing music for this show!

I also missed the season 2 CD when it came out. I think it may have been a CD-R/on-demand release, which almost makes it stranger that it's not available any more (though I can think of a few other on-demands that dropped off the market, like The Divide and 7 Days in Utopia).

I have Nosedive but have yet to listen to it. I bought about 10 of his CDs at Christmas and have been slowly chugging my way through them, mixed in without about 25 others i'd bought since then. I'm sure i'll like it very much though. I know i noted it was his work in the episode when i watched it, but it's been a while and can't recall it now, so it'll be a fresh listen. There's something inherent in his work that apparently just gets me almost instantly. I'm the same with Mica Levi's Under the Skin and Jackie, too.

Wish it was a full album big grin

Thank you for the info, Scott! Hopefully it will be available one day.
Or can be found on ebay or something smile
