Well I haven't seen anything online, but live in hope. Last year Paramount did a lovely job on McLintock! a Public Domain title that had been released by many companies (incl. a Blu-ray release), & that seemed to open the door for a possible One-Eyed Jacks release, & a Criterion release would make sense. I'm not region one, so can't play Criterion, but if they released it, then I'm sure it would be picked-up by a UK company like Arrow or Eureka.
I read that Steven Spielberg & Martin Scorsese have restored ONE EYED JACKS and it was shown this year at the Cannes film festival. Does anyone have any information as if it will be released on screen in the United States - even if in limited screenings. Also information on a restored Blu Ray would be great!
