Maybe they haven't come across a Conti title they'd like to release and they have other items they're already looking into? Or maybe the ones they'd like to do were taken by other labels?

And really, isn't he well catered for by Intrada and Varese Sarabande? You don't hear fans of Ennio Morricone wondering why Bruce Kimmel and Co. haven't released anything by him yet.

Well honestly, if I don't ask these Conti questions, who will?

A lot of his work has been released, and who knows what exists of what is remaining. Also, studios like Universal, Disney and Warner Bros. unfortunately do not work with Kritzerland at this time, which severely limits the ability to release any remaining Conti scores of interest even if Bruce wanted to.

Intrada is likely your best friend from here on out. Buy them a round of drinks.

Just curious, what releases did you buy this year from Kritzerland? Which of those did you like?

I like Mr. Conti. The scores I most likely would have done were projects that were not available to us. But as long as they come out everyone wins. One thing I would love to have done is Slow Dancing in the Big City - that was an LP I adored.

And of course I would have put out almost any Morricone if any were available to me. There were a handful of MGM/UA things we could have done, but all of them were out in other territories and easy to find here in the states.

Hi Bruce! I'm not complaining, like I said just curious. And desparate for an unreleased Conti, I love them so.smileI do enjoy your releases, I have three, THE MISSOURI BREAKS being one of them.
