My brother is also a film score collector. He sent me this short film (1 minute) and asked me if I knew this composer. I do not. His name is Scott Buckley. Anyone here know him? Know any of his works? Even if you don't like the music, you might find that this one minute film is very entertaining. Thanks for any help.

Wow, a VASTLY disproportionate period of time is spent on humanity. We've barely been around 100,000 years for Pete's sake! Yet dinosaurs are relegated to two shots in this montage?

Bah-humbug. Typical human egocentrism.

Music sounds pretty generic and uninspired to me, for what it's worth.

I surmise this to be the culprit:

Thanks bobbengan. I think you did give me the correct site for this composer. I went into youtube and found more of his videos. He might also do some composing for games.

Yikes, forgive the nasty tone I took in my last message - Must have just stubbed my toe or something.

Well, to be fair, it's called "Earth's History", not "Earth's Time Frame", otherwise, we'd have looked at dead rocks and dead oceans for most of the video's length. :-)

I think it's more North America's Earth history and how we got there. roll eyes

No problem bobbengan. You expressed an opinion which is fine with me and gave me needed information to pass on to my brother..

I also understand that this video is controversial in some ways. When I saw it on youtube, various people disagreed with the time allotted to certain aspects of history. My brother got it in an e mail about honoring a veteran, and it was embedded in that e mail.
