C.A.M. CMS 30-093, which was released around 1963/'64, had been one of those top Lavagnino collector's item soundtracks during the 1970s & 1980s until its program content was reissued on C.A.M. CD in 1992.
Now, a 3rd incarnation of KALI YUG is upon us - this time not on CD but on LP!
The postage is always high just to buy one cd it would be nice if Quartet had some system of maybe keeping a title to the side after you had paid for it of course until another title was released that you where interested in, I would not mind waiting.
I have always enjoyed the scores of A.F. Lavagnino and this double CD from Quartet is no exception. Mr. Lavagnino is an expert in creating beautiful scores in films that circle the map of the world in mythical times or the present. KALI-YUG is no exception. I wish his score to THE SAVAGE INNOCENTS dealing with Eskimo life was not a lost score. Anyway, at only 300 copies , don't miss getting this double CD of KALI-YUG and IL MISTERO DEL TEMPIO INDIANO.
