The movie seems to be finally getting released in the US next March, so hopefully the soundtrack will be announced around that time as well.. here is one scene from the movie, featuring imho fairly unique and VERY impressive score by Benjamin Wallfisch!
1. Afshin's Theme (5:32) 2. Beat Him Artistically (2:17) 3. You Danced Inside My Heart (1:41) 4. Somewhere To Rehearse (1:02) 5. Elaheh's Audition (2:48) 6. Hand Dance (2:17) 7. We Can Breathe (5:13) 8. Desert Dancer (9:26) 9. Withdrawal (4:04) 10. Silent Protest (:58) 11. Dance Is My Weapon (5:41) 12. Where No One Else Can See You (3:49)
This is such a gorgeous score! It's the third score in a row from Wallfisch that I've REALLY, REALLY liked (the other two being BHOPAL: A PRAYER FOR RAIN and the absolutely fantastic SUMMER IN FEBRUARY which was one of my favourite scores of the year in 2013). Can this guy do ANYTHING wrong? I don't know; doesn't seem like it so far.
Amongst many highlights, I find the tracks 'We Can Breathe', 'Desert Dancer' and 'Where No One Else Can See You' to be, at times, breathtakingly gorgeous. If BW can keep being allowed to score like this, the future of film music ain't in that bad a shape.
