I'd love to have a dialogue-free Mississippi Burning.

I'm with you -- Trevor Jones is an excellent composer. Mohicans was the first score CD I listened to (at least consciously) so he is largely responsible for my obsession with film music. I'd buy an expanded edition of it and many other Jones scores, but the problem is that he himself isn't supportive of other labels besides his own releasing his music. Yavar

love all three scores, hate all three album presentations. That said, I'll take any new Jones I can get.

Mr. Jones spent past weekend with the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra recording his latest score for a commercial or a short of some kind (a Spanish production I believe).

He's done some great stuff, but to be totally honest I'd rather have them focus on his completely unreleased material, not expansions of previous albums. There's plenty to choose from. G.I. JANE, for example, which never got an official score release at all. The soundtrack album contains three suites which contains most of the highlights, but I too would love to see an expanded version. The music for the final battle is epic! Another Jones score I'd love to see expanded is Hideaway.

IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER (1993) The Island Records consists of only three suites: “Interrogation”, ‘Walking The Circle”, and “Passage Of Time”. The whole score is good especially the death sequence of Pete Postlethwaite character. This is a great memory from the theater in 1993. Very good film, and a good score. Some of the songs were really good too, Sinead O'Connor's You Made Me The Thief Of Your Heart is brilliant: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYxzqvz9I8s
