How will it looks like.

The score and song tracks:

-On a New Michael Jackson Compilation project along with some other 30 times earlier before released tracks (but with new mastering-again!-)
-On a new Disney theme parc compilation cd together with other wellknown themes, like haunted mansion, Star Tours, Space mountain, Le Visionarium Main Theme (hopes too!)
-As an individual cd with some bonus tracks add to it, like recording demos from Michael Jackson and recording session materials from James Horner, maybe some interview parts
-On a "Nostalgia" 6 cd box set, that contains a complete program with all the great themes and tunes that we know from the past in their complete form,

No, serious what's keeping this from a release, i even take it as a "digital" download i don't care anymore.

We have seen in the past that so many releases we thought never would have been possible also seen the light of day! (Back to the future, Conan, the Goonies, Psycho 2, just to name a few)
So, i still have hopes!!! wink

How long is the complete soundtrack, including the long intro? (intro alone is almost 5 minutes!)

There doesn't seem to be enough music to justify a release. It would be good on a Disney compilation, though. EO may be fun on its own (and is a riot to view properly in "4D" at Disney), but Horner would do the music so much better elsewhere. The rollicking space music was a step down from Battle Beyond the Stars, the creepy crawly music was done far better in Aliens, and the villain's music would be recycled note for note into the superior Rocketeer.

I wouldn't mind having it but its not a must-have for me.

The score to the actual movie itself is only about 8 minutes worth of material, so even with the lobby cue it is barely 14 minutes. Hopefully Disney does release it on a compilation some day.

Does anyone know which music Tim Truman wrote for this?

I understand the films are from different companies, but a cd with Moonwalker complete score by Broughton, + Captain Eo by Horner would be great!

A rerecorded suite from "Moonwalker" is available on the "Fantastic Journey" C.D. from Erich Kunzel & The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.

Come on People how long do we have to wait, now is the perfect time to give this an honorable release.

This could easily be a digital track release! Obviously I'd rather have it on CD, but I understand that it would be hard to justify. iTunes maybe?
