Universal borrowed Debbie Reynolds from M-G-M for THIS HAPPY FEELING. Universal had previously borrowed Reynolds for TAMMY AND THE BACHELOR (1957). According to modern sources, after the success of that film, Universal noted M-G-M's failure to promote Reynolds and so prepared THIS HAPPY FEELING specifically as a star vehicle for her.

I sometimes get the titles of the following movies confused (although not the movies themselves):

THAT CERTAIN FEELING.....with Bob Hope
THIS HAPPY FEELING.....with Debbie Reynolds
THAT FUNNY FEELING.....with Sandra Dee
THAT UNCERTAIN FEELING.....with Merle Oberon
