Went on opening night wednesday. fabulous building in Turin, Fraylings personal poster collection on show, plus most of the wardrobe of main characters in Leone westerns, the Eastwood snake-handled colt, Fondas black outfit, coburn and steigers outfits from Giu la testa, etc. Even a morricone room wiv Fraylings LP collection and the De gemini Harmonica in a glass case.
open till january. Although i doubt the beautiful glitterati italian women who were there wednesday for the grand opening will be there every night!! ha ha.

yeah, all i did was fall out the carriage of spirits and say - "Water!" - ha ha.
And collecting ennio scores since i was a teenager just puts me on a par with a few 100 other people out there!!
there were supposed to be a few special guests there - such as some of stars of ouatitw cardinale and Ferzetti - and wives and the children of some stars and contributors. but there was about 300 people there in this huge dark atrium so no one that was apparent. Although we did spot a guy who was dead ringer for son or younger brother of Volonte - he looked liked Indio with grey beard and round glasses. never did find out if it was him!
there was however two huge oil portraits of leone by his artist daughter.
i would add that this exhibition is similar to Fraylings project at the Gene autry museum a few years ago.
