Was this mastered from Colpix vinyl or is it from the master tapes?

I don't know the answer because I've never owned the Citadel reissue.

The original ColPix LP still resides within my collection.

From what I remember reading about it, I think the Citadel might have one or two tracks that did not appear on the initial ColPix (but I may be wrong about this and confusing the subject with another title).

I think the Citadel LP was the first stereo release of the score - it's detailed in the FSM liner notes...

Yes, the 2 tracks were included on the master, but not on the original LP. The Citadel LP included the tracks for the first time as did the excellent FSM CD.

The liner notes on the Citadel LP say the score is "...reissued here with the cooperation of the composer and Columbia Pictures."

That's as close as they get to talking about what you're asking.
