JUSTICE LEAGUE and AQUAMAN---spoiler alert (see below)

HIGHEST-EARNING DEAD CELEBRITIES---FORBES magazine released its list for 2014.

1. Michael Jackson - $140 million
2. Elvis Presley - $55 million
3. Charles Schulz - $40 million
4. Elizabeth Taylor - $25 million

SUICIDE SQUAD---Warner Bros. has approached Ryan Gosling, Tom Hardy, Margot Robbie and Will Smith for roles in the DC Comics superhero movie. David Ayer (FURY, TRAINING DAY) is the director.





WESTWORLD---HBO ordered a full season of the tv series based on the Michael Crichton novel and movie. Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood and Jeffrey Wright star. The original movie starred Yul Bryner, James Brolin and Richard Benjamin.





STEVE JOBS---Christian Bale is in negotiations to replace Leonardo DiCaprio in the untitled Sony Pictures biomovie.

BEN-HUR---Gal Gadot (FAST & FURIOUS, BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE) is in talks to co-star in the remake movie as Esther, a slave and Ben-Hur's love interest.

THE WALKING DEAD---Alexandra Breckenridge (AMERICAN HORROR STORY) will have a recurring role as Samantha, "an attractive, strong, smart, charming and articulate woman who also has a vulnerable side. She’s a mother with a bohemian spirit, and a talented artist." The role could become a full-time cast role.

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD---G. Cameron Romero, son of George A. Romero, is developing a prequel origin movie to his father's zombie movie. He is seeking $150,000 in an Indiegogo fund raiser. George A. Romero is a co-producer.

JAY LENO'S GARAGE---new Jay Leno one-hour automobile series on CNBC. Leno said, "This show will be about anything that rolls, explodes and makes noise. We hope to highlight the passion and the stories behind the men and women who made the automobile the greatest invention of the 20th century."

BEWITCHED---reboot series underway at Sony Pictures Television of the Elizabeth Montgomery witch sitcom that ran on ABC from 1964-1972. Several networks have expressed an interest.

LILYHAMMER---Season 3 premiers on Netflix on November 21. Roar travels to Brazil to meet his new internet wife and gets into trouble with the law. Frank and Torgeir try to come to his rescue.

TREMORS 5---the latest sequel is underway starring Michael Gross and Jamie Kennedy. The sequel is set in South Africa where Burt Gummer and his hi-tech assistant encounter bigger and nastier Graboids and Ass Blasters plus a more horrific threat.

THE GOOD WIFE---Archie Panjabi will leave the series after Season 6 to do a series pilot.

JUSTICE LEAGUE---a source said the end of BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE will hint that Brainiac is the villain in JUSTICE LEAGUE: PART 1. He will battle Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Aquaman and The Flash.
The end of PART 1 hints that Darkseid is the villain in PART 2 and will introduce the new Green Lantern who warns the Justice League about the new threat. PART 1 premiers on November 11, 2017 and PART 2 premiers on June 14, 2019.





AQUAMAN---a source said the movie starring Jason Momoa will have Black Manta as the villain. Other characters include Mera, Orm and The Trench. The source said Aquaman will be introduced as the son of Tom Curry and Atlanna and will have a "surfer" look with "with tribal tattoos and all that jazz."
