Do any of the Saul Bass main titles that were used as album covers count? Because there must be a few dozen of those.
Once again, I think there is confusion over logos and main titles.
So.....let's see.....

Offhand, I can't think of any Saul Bass Main Title which was used as an Album cover......

Here's an easy way to find out if each suggestion qualifies:
Go to the main title of any film. Make a "frame grab" or " frame capture" of the title card.
If that frame has been used exactly as an album cover, then it qualifies for Steve H's thread.
(.....and keep in mind: Movie Frames are rectangular, Album Covers are square.  )
