I'd offer you my copy, but there's a crease on the backside of the booklet (it came that way in shipping) and I know how insane people are here about condition. wink However, there's a new listing on eBay. Maybe you can try that one? (and no, it's not my listing or anyone I know):

Jim: I ended up buying from that seller. He shipped quickly and was very courteous.

I love both of these scores. FSM did excellent work with them.
