How am I the first comment 35 minutes later? Where's the excitement? I loved the Arrow Season 1 score way more than I thought I would and am thrilled to get this one on CD (with exclusive tracks!) Also ordered the Jump Street double album because Mothersbaugh did some great work on the first and probably the second as well. Kudos to the gang at the Triple L for their hard work.

I like Jumps samples... good balance between techno and orchestra. On the fence about pulling the trigger though. Was hoping more comments would be here to sway me!

I'm all for Arrow, I'm just not in a position to buy it at the moment which is killing me. It's precisely the sort of release that I want to support.

I seriously thought my phone stopped working. I can't believe how minor of a response these releases got! I immediately ordered 21/22 Jump Street. Those scores are so much fun. Well I know the first one is at least, I haven't seen the 2nd one yet.

I now know that the previously scheduled Newman is the one they pushed back. There was talk that one would not be available in September, but they didn't want to mention which one. Disappointed, but I can wait especially if it's NEVADA SMITH. Lalaland seems to prefer western scores from the '50's and '60's. I hope I am right.

If you liked Season 1's album (my thoughts here: http://scorecues.blogspot.com/2013/09/arrow.html), chances are you will like Season 2's album. The second album offers the same style and sound with different variations and new in your face experiments with the synthesizer. The jury is still out for me on which album is better, but we don't get a cue like the excellent Oliver Queen Suite from the first album so that is one consideration.

Descriptions for 21/22 Jump Street should mention the horrible dubstep synths. But thankfully we have samples for that. I am actually surprised that we haven't had more composers use this specific sound lately. It fits perfectly within the modern pop sound.

Just wanted to say I got my shipment the other week, but I am loving both of the new titles! I listened to Arrow Season 2 first (several times, I admit) and it's as good as the first album. Neely has crafted a fine sound for the Arrow universe. I hope his Flash music lives up to this stuff! And the Jump Street double feature is better than I expected. I'm only partially through 22 after listening to 21 (yeah, I'm OCD), but the heroic theme that Mothersbaugh composed is infectious and pretty darn adaptable for a lot of different situations.

Bravo, LLL. I'll see you in a few days for B:TAS Vol. 3.

The 22/21 Jump Street scores are fracking weird! I would describe them as "Techno Armageddon". Unusual for sure, but I like those beats, echoing, vibrations, and voices you can't quite make out. Thing is, there's still underlying themes here.

The Jump Street Scores are awesome! If you like Trevor Rabin and Mark Mancina action and don't mind a little 'Social Network' thrown in for fun, then you've got to give these a spin!!! Don't forget, both scores have real orcastras behind the fun beats. Oh, and the main hero theme rocks!!! Thanks LLL.
