Normally I am uneasy promoting a petition for this or that... it seems presumptuous and impolitely prevalent. However, please indulge me at this time.
Some bullies took a mentally challenged (autistic) student and did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with him... except they filled the bucket with urine, feces, and cigarette butts. Ha ha. These perpetrators need to be punished, the victim needs to know such ignorance is not tolerated by a civil society, and that we are *indeed* a civil society.
The petition is to be delivered to a prosecutor for the region.
A video apparently shows the act. I have no need to watch it - I am confident in my understanding of the mentality of the culprits to know what follows. Also, I admit I have no interest in witnessing the pain of the victim here, unless I were sitting on a jury. I hope the community here might see fit to add their/your names to this.
