Just watched the excellent Documentary THE BOYS last night and was amazed how much Non-Disney stuff the Bros did!

Right now I'm thinking TOM SAWYER and CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG but I want to hear more of their other stuff.

What is your Fave Non-Dis from The Boys?

And DEFINITELY See THE BOYS!

It's a really great documentary made with love by the brother's sons. And have a box of tissues standing by!

I've got to go with TOM SAWYER, with THE SLIPPER AND THE ROSE second.

Slipper and the Rose is amazing and in my opinion their best non-Disney score.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB, no question in my mind.

That the soundtrack LP has never been released on CD is baffling. The songs are just stunning. It's right up there with Mary Poppins IMHO.

I remember when the Brady Bunch recorded the Famous Pig song:

Yeah, the Brady Bunch also recorded "Deep in the Dark" (although they covered it as "Charlotte's Web"). Both tracks are available on "The Brady Bunch Phonographic Album."

For me, it has to be CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG -- but then again, I am very sentimental about that film and score.

Another vote for TOM SAWYER, but mostly because of Williams' score, not necessarily the Sherman songs.

Those are the Sherman Bros. Thor, Robert and Richard.

Slightly OT, but here's an article with Richard discussing 'Mary Poppins Singalong' at tomorrow's Last Night of the Proms...
