Now that Michael Gore's wonderful TERMS OF ENDEARMENT is coming to us on CD again (and in a complete form!), I'm reminded that my copy of DEFENDING YOUR LIFE has always sounded somewhat warbly - like the master was a bit tight when it was transferred. Am I the only one who has noticed this?

DYL would certainly be another welcome Quartet release!

I have always felt like that CD sounded like somebody had his finger on the tape spool while it was playing!
