I'm sure Hostess Banana Twinkies have surfaced and re-surfaced over the decades, but I haven't had them since I was a teen. I was at the Market today and there was that familiar box of a dozen Banana Creme Twinkies (for a limited time only). This is not earth shattering news, of this I know. Still, if you liked these as a kid you may want to seek them out now.

My roommate has been buying regular Twinkies since Hostess re-emerged from bankrupcy.
I bought a box of the banana ones just 'cause I saw this post.

I had one and it was pretty tasty. I'll probably have another, and then likely leave the rest to him.

Gave them a try. Taste fine but not enough filling. I can barely taste the filling.
