Matt Johnson from the band The The wrote the scores for these two films. Both soundtracks are available on CD.

Anyone who owns these albums?

What is your problem?

If you don't have anything constructive to say, get lost.

I am a fan of Matt Johnson/The The.

I am not a fan of you.

Just kidding. You just have funny taste, in that I'm always surprised to see "regular" musicians like Johnson and Steve Stevens (!) mentioned on a film music message board.

Yeah, get used to it.

Thank God not everyone are forced to listen to the same stuff.

So, not a large THE THE following here...

So, not a large THE THE following here...

I don't expect that really surprises you. You're smart enough to know this place is not predisposed to composers like Johnson, and the obscurity of these films doesn't help matters. Still, I admire your tenacity -- you love what you love -- and hope springs eternal every time you bump one of your own threads that somebody else here will share your passion.

Personally, I could take or leave The The (generally, I leave them, though I have no disdain for them). I'd be interested in hearing these scores -- fresh voices in scoring are always welcome -- but I have neither the time nor the cash to explore them right now.
