This sale makes it very tempting for me to pick up the Rozsa box set. I've been wanting to get that one for quite some time and at 25% off, I'm really tempted. It will be mine...oh, yes, it will be mine....
If it was me I would post the low quantity alerts on the titles now to help drive sales. If I knew that certain titles were at risk of selling out, I would be jumping on them now during the sale to get them, rather than chancing it after the discount had expired...but that's just me...
Great....yet another sale that my lack of being able to be paid over the past 2 months will cause me to miss. I would have been all over this sale as well as the Quartet and Intrada sales if I was getting paid even my normal draw from my business.

This is logical business model - you want titles A,B,C & D. But you don't know their quantities. So you pick titles A & D (you like them more, for example) at this sale. And when this sale will out, you get information, that there is less than 20 copies of titles B & C, so you quickly made another and support SAE again

But the low quantity titles probably only need low quantity alerts to drive sales at full price. And if they're sitting on a thousand of some other title, they don't want to drive away sales by saying "You can relax on this one."
It's just amazing how the perception for certain titles changes through the years: I thought I had all the FSM titles I'm interested in. With the sale running I took a look at the list of titles available and have downloaded the samples for at least a dozen titles I have yet to listen to - and decide whether to buy or not...

Same situation... 2 months ago I made list of 39 FSM titles, which I want. Now there is 35 of them, which I plan to order since October (I need to stash some funds for emergency orders), 2-4 titles per-month. I hope they will not become "sold-out" too quick! That's why I ordered Time After Time (and 2 Newman titles as nice addition) just now...
There are two Barry titles I've settled on - Body Heat and Born Free. I can get them from SAE for about £27.92 including carriage. If I buy them from Amazon UK (closer to home) then they're both mine for £31.40. It's cheaper to get them from SAE until the clock strikes 12. But then, there is no issue with customs via Amazon.
It is a dilemma. If I buy from Amazon, the sale doesn't register where it counts, because in a real sense, the sale has already taken place. Only via SAE does the sale matter incrementally. What would you do?
STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION--THE RON JONES PROJECT down from $149.95 to $112.46?! At last, my purchase day has come! Thank you for this sale!!!
Enjoy it! I hope more Star Trek fans take advantage of the sale to pick this up at the reduced price; this box deserved to sell out long ago. The Ron Jones box was the third FSM release I purchased (after Wrath of Khan and Search for Spock).
As for me, I also thought I had all the FSM titles that interested me. But I placed an order today that included 12 FSM titles, as well as three Kritzerland titles I was interested that were selling for $7.95 each, and a $9.95 Intrada that's sold out on their own site.
But now, I really do think I have all the FSM titles that are of interest to me (excluding a couple OOP ultra-rares like Knight Rider, that were released before I got into the specialty soundtrack market). Between the recent Intrada sale and this, it's going to take me a while to give all my new CDs a thorough listen.
