Is it possibly the National Anthem of Scotland? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSH0eRKq1lE Okay, here's the 411: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scotland_the_Brave It seems the composer of the piece, not lyricist, remains to be unknown.
