SHARKNADO 3---Ian Ziering, who was paid $400,000 for the first tv movie, wants a big raise for the third movie. A source said he won't get it, "Ian did the work and is fantastic, but it's not AVATAR. The stars of the movie are the sharks, and they're not even real. Ian needs to be careful how he plays this. If he asks for too much, he will be the first victim to be cut. The network execs are worse than any shark."





DEAD SNOW 2: RED VS. DEAD---poster released for the Nazi zombie sequel which premiers on October 10.





THE STRAIN---FX renewed the vampire plague series for Season 2. AMC renewed HALT AND CATCH FIRE for Season 2.

YOGA HOSERS---Kevin Smith movie underway starring his daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, and Johnny Depp and his daughter, Lily-Rose Depp. The plot has two 15-year-old girls who team up with Canada's top man-hunter to battle an ancient evil.

THE NOVEMBER MAN---sequel underway to the Pierce Brosnan movie based on the novel series about an ex-CIA agent. The original movie premiers on August 27.

MARVEL'S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.---Adrianne Palicki (FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, GI JOE: RETALIATION) will guest star as agent Mockingbird.

ARROW---Matt Ward will play villain Komodo.

UNVEILED---new NBC series about guardian angels from THE BIBLE team of Mark Burnett and Roma Downey.

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE---Eva Longoria will guest star on three episodes as Andy Samberg's love interest.

BEAR GRYLLS: BREAKING POINT---Discovery Network six-part miniseries with Bear Grylls teaming up with two ordinary people who must face their deepest fears and phobias.

Me thinks he's drank too much of the Kool Aid. All said and done the series are over hyped "B" class entertainment who's ratings are a blip on the chart compared to the major networks.

I reckon I've probably seen 7 of Stallone's highest ranking. I'm not sure about Nighthawks - wasn't Rutger Hauer in it? The top two I can understand - the rest are a little baffling. Cobra was atrocious - it stinks, which is why I don't see it being in front of Cliffhanger.

I reckon I've probably seen 7 of Stallone's highest ranking. I'm not sure about Nighthawks - wasn't Rutger Hauer in it? The top two I can understand - the rest are a little baffling. Cobra was atrocious - it stinks, which is why I don't see it being in front of Cliffhanger.

I think it's because now an atrocious movie somehow gains a higher value by certain fan groups, who take pride in saluting its badness (COBRA) instead of applauding a movie that is more well-made (CLIFFHANGER).
