What TWO(2) things do these 27 actors all have in common? (Please put your answer in spoiler mist.) There are more as well.:

Milton Berle, Buddy Hackett, Larry Fine, Phil Silvers, Jonathan Winters, Edie Adams, Eddie "Rochester" Anderson, Peter Falk, Joe DeRita, Paul Ford, Terry-Thomas, Jim Backus, Sid Caesar, William Demarest, Jimmy Durante, Andy Devine,Jack Benny, Morey Amsterdam, Ethel Merman, Dick Shawn, Buster Keaton, Don Knotts, Selma Diamond, Mickey Rooney, Arnold Stang, Spencer Tracy, Moe Howard.

This shouldn't be hard at all.

OK, I had finally received and watched my new Criterion edition of "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and while watching the film for the umphteenth time I was saddened when I realized how many of the giant all-star comedic cast had died over the years. Coming on the news of Robin Williams' death I had a fantasy thought of seeing the film with Williams on screen with the rest of the cast at "The Big W" near the film's conclusion ( a la Jack Nicholson at the end of "The Shining.").

Good pickup by Bob D. above.
They're all gone now (and others of the film) since IAMMMMW was released in 1963 and I miss them:
Milton Berle, Buddy Hackett, Larry Fine, Phil Silvers, Jonathan Winters, Edie Adams, Eddie "Rochester" Anderson, Peter Falk, Joe DeRita, Paul Ford, Terry-Thomas, Jim Backus, Sid Caesar, William Demarest, Jimmy Durante, Andy Devine,Jack Benny, Morey Amsterdam, Ethel Merman, Dick Shawn, Buster Keaton, Don Knotts, Selma Diamond, Mickey Rooney, Arnold Stang, Spencer Tracy, Moe Howard.

I think in every one of my favourite films everyone is now dead. Next month I get A Blu of The Great Race, & no: Jack Lemmon, Natalie Wood, Tony Curtis, Peter Falk & most of the rest of the cast, plus the director & composer. It's a wake-up call to enjoy yourself before you join them & not spend your time worrying about stuff.
