This is the first Hollywood movie from Norwegian director Morten Tyldum. I was curious whether he would hire some of the composers he worked with in Norway, like Trond Bjerknes or Ginge Anvik, but nope, he went for the safe choice with Alexandre Desplat.
I guess the studio did not want unknown Norwegian composers, but a pity nevertheless...
