I don't get the hate for Daniel Craig-I've enjoyed his Bond films which is something I couldn't say about the lightweight Brosnan films-the only ones that I was really old enough to see at the cinema (apart from the Daltons).
I think there is an element of rose-tinted spectacles going on here-a Roger Moore Bond film equivalent released today would be a terrible flop-weak puns, a creepy old wrinkley going after women half his age or less, obvious airfix kit model sequences-no chance a modern audience would accept that sort of stuff.
