The only time I've ever experienced loud and obnoxious tourists was when I went to dinner with friends to an Indian place and a group of Brits walked into the place. I don't mind when people talk up, but they were just shouting and even insulting the owners etc. of course all loaded already. I'd gladly take a group of Americans over Brits no offense.

Now that I'm thinking it over... it might have been black people instead of Brits. And it might have been a movie theater instead of an Indian restaurant. And they might have been shouting at the movie screen.

ghetto folk love to shout at the movie screen, as well as yell at the tv during a football game, this could be of any race.
