I have an opportunity to trade for this release and am wondering what the opinion of it is. I have the Intrada release and really treasure it. I love all my La La Land releases so I imagine I will be happy with this too. Any opinions? Thanks.

The sound quality improvement in the LLL release is definitely worth the upgrade.

I have owned every incarnation of this score on CD, and I've found it to be worth the upgrade each and every time. I say go for it.

I say go for it. I think it is the best version of all....speaking as one who started out with the Mainstream LP and kept "upgrading"!

If you have the La-La Land Records release but want a playlist of any of the earlier releases, I typed up this guide: http://the-sounding-bored.blogspot.com/2014/10/sequencing-blue-max.html

Mr. Neil S. Bulk, I LOVE IT!

XOXOXOXOXO!!!!!

But your obvious case of OCD worries me...... smile

Aren't you married? smile

If so, what does your wife say about these kinds of obsessions? smile

Does she worry about you sometimes too? smile

Now you've made ME wonder:.....

Are the shots in the 35mm film in the same order they are on the VHS and BETA tapes, the Laserdisc release, the DVDs, and the Blu-ray??? smile smile smile

(I am joking with you, of course. Your attention to this kind of detail is an amazing contribution to the recorded filmmusic world, and we are always lucky when you are assigned to a project by the various producers. Keep up the good work!)
