I have just seen this film from the 1950s. Apparently the score has never been released. It's very traditional in style but a superb score.
I would like someone to release complete scores from this and other similar westerns e.g. 'Chief Crazy Horse', 'The Great Sioux Uprising', 'Sitting Bull' etc.. or, if not complete scores, perhaps an album of suites from these films.
They would probably have to be re-recorded as the original soundtracks might be somewhat 'worn'.
In the meantime I am still waiting for 'The Ten Commandments' which I believe is 'coming soon' from Intrada and, as mentioned in other threads, a new recording of Nascimbene's 'The Vikings' would be very welcome.
