Rex, you missed my point completely. My comment "Trust me, does not happen very often." was NOT referring to fire works accidents nor was my inclusion of WTF. It does not happen very often referred to the fact that I was at a loss for words and nothing else. I am moving on.
But first hand, a few more, my girlfriend' cousin lost one of her eyes when one of those firecrackers went off in his face. A friend of mine have his ear severely punctured from one, never could hear the same again etc.
Another JULY 4TH TRAGEDY during a holiday hot dog contest , seeing who can eat the most hot dogs, one of the contestants choke to death on the hot dogs. A lesson to be learn, be careful when you have a long thick item in your mouth, you never know what might happen[oh my God]
Meanwhile in another holiday tragedy a woman riding a golf cart at 5 miles an hour in a resort in South Dakota called deadwood died when her cart accidentally went off a small hill and fell below.A lesson to be learn here folks is before you drive one of those carts you should have at least 20 hours of training before you hit the greens.
