This is absolutely one of my most anticipated films of the year, I absolutely cannot wait to see it. I've heard terrific things about it, that it is insanely intense and promises to be very compelling and quite a piece of work. Still no word on the score release, which is a shame...one of Beltrami & Sanders' finer works, particularly a standout from this year. Although somewhat comparable to Beltrami's Gunman (also from this year), No Escape is much more impressive, introspective, harrowing, exciting, original, and contains a lot more power and depth. I rarely go to the theaters anymore, but I'll be there for the opening of No Escape, fingers crossed for a release of this fantastic score! NO ESCAPE is an impressive score and a fine movie too... it won't be for everyone as it is quite brutal and violent but the score works very well with the images. I remember I especially liked whole coup and motorcycle escape sequences.
