I've decided to 'conciously uncouple' myself from this thread.

The cards are a bit stacked against anybody caught in a downpour, or facing a tsunami. I mean, there's all that unrequested water coming in your direction, and you can hardly be in a mood for positivity, no? Some of those water molecules are just asking for it, downright aggressive. Emoto seems like a bit of a character. You might just imagine that sound waves could affect water crystalisation, in various ways. But what about acoustically violent words like 'Great' or 'Fantastic' that are quite positive? Or alternatively, soft, smooth words like 'manure' and 'sh*te' that are actually quite bad? I mean 'arson' is a soft word, with a very hard meaning. 'Loathsome' is a smooth, gentle, sensuous word with a very negative meaning. With this stuff there's always 'the gap'. You have a transcendentalist, holistic, multi-dimensional view on one hand, and a 'scientific/empirical' view on the other, and these folks always make the 'jump' from one to the other at some point prematurely. To say there's an eternal, omnipresent dimension where 'consciousbess' links things is fine, but it's not science .... YET. If you're crossing a desert, and you hit an oasis, does the water respond nicely to your joy at seeing it, or does it recoil from your anxiety? These are the questions for enquiring minds, Gwynn.

to Jehanum-Maybe all the time in the world for other people though if you do find a magnificent truth in the unknown. Now is that not what makes life worth living, what one can do for others, be it close love ones or distant strangers?

Let’s not be too hard on her. After all, she knows what it’s like to be in war, what with all that internet social negativity and stuff, right? She does seem focused on how negativity affects people and things, reminds me of… "Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?" Bless you!...but you beat me to it! Come on people!!...All together now: "Don't hit me with them NEGATIVE WAVES!" Sgt. Oddball and Gwyneth Paltrow

To all of the men out there (and maybe even the women): If you HAD to be in ANY kind of a relationship with either the female subject of this post OR the subject of the "Woman claims: I'm not a racist" post, who would you choose? (Maybe it will put some perspective on things here). Maybe...
