4 by a long shot. then nothing for a long, long time, followed by last two by desplat (Pt 2 more than Pt 1), then 5, 6, 2, 3, 1. No love for Williams, eh? Well, you deserve credit for an unusual ranking!

Doyle's score is good, though it's mainly successful in the first two-thirds of the movie, but how could you possibly put the 2nd score, largely made up of retreads from the first score, before Azkaban AND the original score (I admit that the first one runs the theme into the ground)??? Desplat's first score was all right ("Sky Battle" and "Farewell To Dobby" are both great), but his second score was almost 100% a snoozefest. So much so, that Yates should have got top billing over Desplat, as how could Desplat write SUCH uninspired dreck without Tin Ear Yates requesting it?

Three and four are interchangeable for top spot, followed by 2, 1, 6, 5. I own the Deathly Hollow scores but dislike them both intensely. Pretty much the same with an edge to Azkaban. As for Desplat, I don't dislike so much as am indifferent (bored) to.
