Only from my personal memory, I recall purchasing the Varese LPs of both Jerry Goldsmith's LEVIATHAN and Elliot Goldenthal's PET SEMATARY around May/June of 1989.
[I still own them! smile ]

I think by July of '89, there were no further new soundtrack releases by Varese Sarabande in the U.S.A. on vinyl LP. (although their Colosseum branch continued to issue LP counterparts for a while longer - such as 1990's TOTAL RECALL which I had gotten later on).

The latest Colosseum LP a have in my collection is Isham's LITTLE MAN TATE [VS-5343] from 1991 - probably that was the year they ceased LP production.

I haven't seen the record myself, but I do remember a listing for PURE LUCK by Jonathan Sheffer and Danny Elfman in 1991.

Other late lp's....Back to the future 3?? My memory is a little hazy
