I am thinking of the new special editions. And the order will be 4,5,1,2,3,6.
My favourite film is 5 then 3,4,2,6,1.

4,5,2,3,6 is pretty inspired.
I would skip 1 because Amidala treats the Gungans purely as cannon fodder. Jar-Jar or not, they are a technologically advanced race that deserve better than being steamrolled by the Empire while the land-dwellers run away and hide.
Skipping 1 also makes the Amidala/Anniken romance a little less creepy (>singing< 'Thank heaven for little boys/For little boys get bigger every day!/Thank heaven for little boys/They grow up in the most delightful way!...)
