It seems that this topic here just solved my problem. Finally got some word from them but I must say that I very much doubt that many international customers will ever phone them.

I placed an order on 11-28-2014. All but one item was shipped on 12-21-2014. The missing item was marked "will ship in 1-2 weeks". I emailed about the missing item on 01-29-2015 without receiving an answer. Order number 64646 was included in the email along with all other pertinent information. Which email address should I contact if I want to get answers?
