Holy s***! Someone on this board said that RABBIT & ROUGE had been recorded a year or two back, but I was sort of giving up hope that it would actually be released.

I'm really looking forward to hearing this. I think Elfman's most interesting work in the last several years have been for non-narrative films (meaning the documentaries) and things like Serenada Schizophrana and IRIS (the Cirque Du Solei show).

Maybe it took two years to decide on the angle of the drop shadow on Danny's name on the cover? Looks like they went with -40!

there's also a download link at amazon.uk. but again not helpful to me. so hopefully a CD is forthcoming. very happy about this one. can now retire a truly terrible personal recording.

This appears to be the entire ballet, which runs about 45 minutes as well.
